Brentwood United Methodist Church is sponsoring a live-stream, interactive conversation on resilience and hope in the time of COVID 19 that is open to the community. Dr. Wellborn will be part of a panel that includes John Fite, Ph.D. and Stacy Jagger, LMFT, RPT-S who will be leading a discussion with participants about fostering hope and promoting resilience in this time of extraordinary stress and social upheaval. The panelist’s expertise covers the lifespan from childhood through senior adulthood so there should be something for people of every age.
This event is the third in a series that will address various aspects of mental health and wellness on the second Thursday of each month through March, 2021.
