Twenty-first century workers will be faced with a business environment characterized by the ongoing, rapid expansion of information and knowledge, unprecedented technological advances and new heretofore impossible to produce products fulfilling needs from the most trivial to the most essential.  Even entry level positions (including many minimum wage jobs) will need employees who know how to think, access relevant information, take initiative in solving problems and work collaboratively to respond to quickly changing marketplace demands

Dr. Wellborn will be conducting a series of monthly seminars sponsored by Harvest Hands Community Development Corporation to train teenagers in the core competencies they will need to excel in the 21st century work place.

This month the seminar training will be focused on:

Dissenting Opinions and Conflict Resolution
